Customers must

the OEM to have
their unit
repaired or

Return Policy

Direct are sold
on a no-return
basis once
installed.
Defective
product must be
returned to
Biometrics
Direct for
replacement or
refund within 10
days of RMA
authorization.
Non-defective
may be returned
within 15 days
of purchase -
Non Defective
products with an
RMA
authorization
are subject to a
15% restocking
fee. To request
an RMA, please

within 10 days
of making your
purchase.
